Sub Agent

We're looking for a skilled and proactive Sub Agent for a high-profile civil engineering project. If you have strong management and supervision experience, we want to hear from you! Essential: ·Management/Supervisor experience on civil engineering projects (structures/bridges preferred) ·Understanding of temporary works ·Experience managing daily site activities, sequencing, and short-term programming ·Good knowledge of quality management - inspections, ITPs, NCRs, and handover documentation ·Ability to oversee and coordinate subcontractors ·Confident with method statements, risk assessments, and permits ·Experience monitoring progress and productivity ·Working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards ·Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications ·Strong communication skills for liaising with the Agent, engineers, client, and supply chain ·Proactive approach to problem solving and resolving site issues   A SSSTS or SMSTS is required here.
