Exp: Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain user interfaces using TypeScript, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Design and implement complex UI components and applications using React.js or Next.js. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across all products. Implement cloud-native solutions and integrate DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices and high-quality code standards. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our products remain cutting-edge. Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript. Expertise in React.js or Next.js. Proven experience with design systems and their implementation. Solid understanding of cloud-native technologies and DevOps practices. Previous experience in an architect role, with the ability to lead and mentor a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
