Client Onboarding & Account Manager Salary: £28,000 – £34,000 (based on experience) Location: Hybrid – Romsley B62 0LG We’re Boxcey & Seed — two fast-growing businesses working with exciting global brands and ambitious challengers. We’re scaling quickly and now need a Client Onboarding & Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in welcoming new clients, managing ongoing relationships, and keeping Shopify operations running smoothly. Client Onboarding & Account Management • Manage day-to-day client relationships, keeping projects on track and clients informed. • Coordinate between clients, designers, and technical partners to ensure everything runs smoothly. • Handle ad-hoc client requests quickly and professionally. Shopify Operations & Product Management • Raise and manage manual and wholesale orders when needed. • Compile and update product and sales reports for internal tracking and invoicing. Support product setup, launches, and new season updates across multiple brands. Confident managing multiple projects and clients at once. • Experienced with Shopify and basic product management workflows. • Experienced in account management, client success, or operations (2–4 years ideal). A competitive salary of £28,000 – £34,000, depending on experience. • Hybrid working, with flexibility to manage your day and your clients.
