Line Setter / Line Leader – Days & Nights – Near Driffield Up to £15.00 per hour | Ongoing Work | Immediate Start Sutton Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established food production facility near Driffield and are currently seeking experienced Line Setters / Line Leaders to join their team. These are excellent opportunities for reliable candidates with previous production leadership experience and a valid Counterbalance Forklift licence. Available Shifts & Pay Rates: Day Shift – Monday to Thursday 6:00am – 6:00pm £14.50 per hour Night Shift – Monday to Thursday 6:00pm – 6:00am £15.00 per hour The Role: Setting production lines and ensuring machinery is running efficiently Leading and supporting production operatives on shift Ensuring production targets and quality standards are achieved Carrying out line checks and basic troubleshooting where required Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely when required Maintaining health & safety and food hygiene standards at all times Working closely with production and management teams What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a Line Setter, Line Leader or within a similar role is essential Must hold a valid, in-date Counterbalance Forklift licence Experience within food production or manufacturing preferred Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment Reliable, hardworking and flexible approach to work What’s in it for you: Immediate starts available Ongoing work opportunity Competitive pay rates Support from Sutton Recruitment Opportunity to join a well-established food manufacturing business How to Apply: Apply today via this advert or call (phone number removed) asking for Ben for more information.
