The Role As a Registered Manager, you will lead a large-scale domiciliary care service across Manchester and Tameside, ensuring high standards of care delivery, compliance, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a domiciliary care service delivering 3,000+ hours per week
Ensure compliance with CQC standards, the Manchester contract, and local authority requirements
Drive service quality, safeguarding, and performance outcomes
Manage, develop, and support care managers, coordinators, and care staff
Build and maintain strong relationships with local authority commissioners
Monitor KPIs, service delivery, and continuous improvementAbout You
Experienced Registered Manager within domiciliary care
Strong knowledge of the Manchester local authority contract
Proven track record managing large, high-volume care services
Confident in CQC compliance, audits, and governance
Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and retain teams
