Senior / Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering - OUTSIDE IR35

Leading tier 1 civil engineering contractor seeks a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor level candidate to join them on a long term contract bases. This role will see you work on various frameworks across the Wiltshire, Berkshire and South West regions within the transportation sector. The projects are all being delivered using the NEC option C and E contracts so candidates must have experience of this. Key Responsibilities: Managing various projects concurrently, under a framework contract Applying NEC4 Option C and E contract models across schemes Collaborating with the transport team to deliver projects efficiently Conducting cost analysis and financial management of projects Ensuring compliance with contract requirements and managing contract disputes Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met Maintaining accurate records and preparing detailed reports Conducting site visits as required, while also working from home or office settings in a hybrid role Job Requirements: Experience in Quantity Surveying within the civil engineering domain Proven track record of working with tier 1 civil engineering contractors Expertise in NEC4 Option C and E contracts Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in preparing and managing financial reports Adaptability to work in a hybrid role, including site, home, and office environments Benefits: Long-term contract role outside IR35 Collaborative and dynamic work environment Hybrid working model offering flexibility Exposure to a variety of challenging and rewarding projects If you are an experienced Quantity Surveyor seeking a new challenge and have the expertise required for this exciting role, we invite you to apply now and join our client's distinguished team in the South West
