A dynamic, high-achieving secondary school in Haringey is seeking an passionate and knowledgeable Geography Teacher to join their well-regarded Humanities faculty from September 2026. What the School is Looking For
This permanent Geography Teacher position will suit candidates who:
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are in the final stages of completing a UK-recognised teacher training programme
- Graduated with a 2:1 or above in Geography or a closely related discipline from a reputable university - Russell Group or equivalent strongly preferred
- Can demonstrate meaningful classroom experience within a UK secondary school setting through timetabled placements or a substantive teaching post
- Are able to evidence well-structured, progressive lessons that have produced clear and measurable gains in pupil understanding and attainment
- Are comfortable and effective within a consistent whole-school behaviour framework
- Hold full legal entitlement to work in the UK - the school is not able to offer visa sponsorship
