Senior Legal Counsel - 8-15+PQE Commercial Lawyer - Global B2B Business

My client a leading Global B2B Business is now looking to hire an 8+PQE Commercial Lawyer to join its legal team in London, with hybrid working.

Reporting into the GC & Co Sec and working in a small team this will be a hands on and business facing role and the scope will include:

• Drafting and negotiating a range of B2B commercial contracts including distribution agreements, logistic agreements and CAPEX agreements
• Negotiating and drafting a range of procurement contracts
• Advising the business on marketing and promotions matters
• Overseeing any litigation

The ideal candidate will likely have c. 8-15+ years' PQE as a Commercial Lawyer who has trained at a well regarded City or Regional law firm, and be looking to make their first move in-house or you will already be working for another leading in-house legal team in a similar role.
