Computational Biologist – Antibody Design (12-Month FTC)
Location: London, UK
Entry level
We are seeking a Computational Biologist to support antibody discovery and structural programmes within a cutting-edge TechBio environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse antibody sequence, repertoire, and structural data.
- Evaluate computationally designed antibody candidates.
- Support protein engineering and affinity optimisation efforts.
- Collaborate with machine learning, computational, and experimental scientists.
Requirements:
- PhD (or equivalent experience) in Computational Biology, Structural Bioinformatics, Computational Structural Biology, or a related field.
- Experience with antibody discovery, structural modelling, and protein engineering.
- Python programming skills.
- Understanding of biologics or drug discovery.
Desirable:
- Machine learning or generative AI for protein/antibody design.
- Biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience.
