Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager -- delivering new logos and multi-year contracts. Your little black book of contacts will be an important part of what you bring to the role.

For the correct candidate, the role will carry a strong salary, uncapped commission, and an option for equity stake in the company.

Qualifications

  • You will currently be working in a senior sales or sales management role, with one of the the larger providers of Contact Centre (ie CCaaS) services to 3rd parties in UK markets.
  • Demonstrate success in closing significant contracts for outsourced contact centre services
  • Ideally have experience of delivering such contracts in several distinct sectors (eg utilities, hospitality, logistics, etc..)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Must be UK (or Ireland) based, and legally entitled to work in the UK.
