Registered Care Agency Manager

We are looking for an experienced and driven Registered Care Agency Manager to lead and grow our care agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the care agency

• Ensuring full compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations

• Leading recruitment, training, and staff performance

• Maintaining high standards of care delivery and safeguarding

• Building strong relationships with local authorities, commissioners, GPs, and healthcare professionals

• Driving business growth and service development

Essential Requirements:

• Previous Registered Manager experience in domiciliary care or care home setting

• Strong knowledge of Care Quality Commission compliance

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)

• Strong leadership and operational management skills

• Passion for delivering high-quality care services
