Care Field Supervisor – Manchester Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum Are you an experienced care professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re working with a well-established home care provider in Manchester who is looking for a dedicated and organised Care Field Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality care services in the community. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation where you can make a real difference, supporting both clients and care staff while developing your leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Conducting client assessments, reviews, and care plan updates Carrying out spot checks, supervisions, and competency assessments for care staff Supporting the onboarding and ongoing training of new carers Ensuring care is delivered in line with CQC standards and company policies Responding to client queries and resolving any concerns in a timely manner Assisting with care staff rotas and ensuring continuity of care Participating in a shared on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support Requirements: Previous experience within domiciliary (home) care Experience in a supervisory or senior care role is desirable Strong knowledge of care standards and regulations Excellent communication and organisational skills Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care What’s on Offer: Competitive salary up to £29,000 Supportive team environment Opportunities for career progression Ongoing training and development If you’re passionate about care and ready to take the next step into a supervisory role, we’d love to hear from you
