About the role
This role is an hybrid position in Hemel Hempstead. Office days on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and remote days on Wednesdays and Fridays***

As an integral part of the People Team, you’ll be responsible for providing hands on operational support through a period of significant change and growth. The primary focus for the interim role will be to act as the subject matter expert for our HR systems, supporting the integration and ensuring smooth operations as we transition.
Alongside this, the role will provide support with managing payroll administration, employee relations case work, TUPE related activity while helping to align policies and procedures.
Act as the subject matter expert for HR systems (HiBob and SelectHR), supporting system integration and data migration
Maintain our HR systems and reporting to ensure our data is accurate and we are appropriately leveraging available tools, systems and technologies to identify trends, and recommend improvements and cost saving opportunities
Provide support for payroll processes, ensuring compliant, accurate and timely delivery
Manage employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, performance and absence management
Review our existing policies, processes and ways of working to identify opportunities for improvements with a focus on enhancing our employee experience
Work closely with stakeholders to align policies, procedures and processes to develop, implement, and refine People policies and procedures
Support talent, performance, and engagement initiatives as the business scales
Support ad hoc projects in line with business needs and the wider People strategy
Proven experience as a People Operations Partner (or equivalent level) with accountability for delivering in a fast paced, changing environment
Demonstrable experience with HR systems (ideally HiBob). Strong employee relations expertise with the ability to guide managers through complex and sensitive cases
Familiarity with payroll and benefits administrative processes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, evaluate, and present data
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
Ability to prioritise, adapt and be agile
