Site HR Advisor – Drive People, Payroll & Engagement

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Lisburn, BT28, is hiring an experienced HR Advisor to lead site HR and payroll activities, partner with the Coca Cola team, and add value to the client’s objectives. This full-time, permanent role is site-based, with standard hours Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00 and some flexibility.

The successful candidate will hold CIPD qualification, have hands-on HR experience in logistics or manufacturing, and demonstrate strong employment-law knowledge and stakeholder relations.
