General Manager

Location: Ipswich area Salary: £75,000-£80,000 Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead a large-scale, 24/7 operation within a fast-paced environment. With responsibility for Operations and Transport managing a Team of 500+ is a high-impact role requiring a natural leader who can navigate complexity, drive change, and deliver operational excellence. This is not a "sit behind the desk" role - we're looking for someone who is visible, engaged, and thrives on being at the heart of the operation.
