Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Quanitity Surveyor for a large commercial project in Exeter. You will have a background in construction from a junior or senior level. Key Duties Administer project documentation and contracts Produce budgets, cost plans, and financial forecasts Prepare interim valuations, price variations, and manage change orders Coordinate subcontractor packages, procurement activities, and payment schedules Monitor expenditures, reconcile accounts, and produce detailed performance reports Finalise accounts, warranties, guarantees, and project close-out records Engage clients, consultants, and suppliers to maintain commercial alignment Requirements Quantity Surveyor Degree Background in Commercial projects M&E Background desirable but not essential What We Offer Competitive Salary Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm Long term Prospects Interested?
