Teach pupils aged 11-16 (KS3-KS4) with MLD and additional needs
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
Support students with SEN, Autism, communication needs, and learning difficulties
Create a positive, structured and engaging classroom environment
Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and external professionals
Build strong relationships with pupils and families to support progressWho We're Looking For
Qualified Teachers (QTS) - Primary or Secondary trained
Experienced SEN Teachers / SEND Teachers / SEMH Teachers
Teachers looking to transition into special education / alternative provisionYou will:
Have a strong interest or experience in SEMH / SEND / inclusion
Be confident adapting teaching for a range of learning needs
Have excellent behaviour management and relationship-building skills
