The role As a Primary Teacher, you will take full responsibility for delivering engaging lessons and managing your classroom effectively. Roles are available across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, depending on your preference and experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum Managing classroom behaviour to maintain a positive learning environment Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching where needed Working collaboratively with other staff members and support teams Creating a structured and inclusive classroom atmosphere Who this role suits This role is ideal for a qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) looking to work in a mainstream primary setting. You’ll need: Strong classroom management skills Confidence delivering lessons across the primary curriculum A proactive and organised approach to teaching Good communication and teamwork skills Previous experience in UK primary schools is preferred, but adaptable and enthusiastic teachers are encouraged to apply.
