Account Manager

Here at Connect Appointments we're expanding our team and seeking a talented and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Grangemouth. This is a predominantly account management focused position, working with an established portfolio of industrial and logistics clients across the Grangemouth area. The role centres on maintaining and developing existing client relationships, placing candidates into live vacancies and ensuring a consistently high level of service across the accounts you manage. Full-time permanent position Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm £30,000 per annum Performance-related bonuses Opportunities for career progression within a growing agency High street discounts and employee benefitsAs an Account Manager, your duties will include: Managing and developing relationships with an existing portfolio of industrial and logistics clients Sourcing, screening and placing candidates to meet client requirements Serving as the primary point of contact for client queries, requirements and escalations Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts further Writing and posting job adverts across local and national job boards Operating our bespoke recruitment software to manage candidates, jobs and applicationsTo be considered as an Account Manager, you will need: Previous experience working within recruitment - advantageous A background in industrial or driving recruitment is strongly advantageous Strong relationship management and communication skills A results-driven approach with the ability to manage your own workload A full UK driving licenceInterested in this Account Manager role?
