Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate SEND provision across the school
* Provide expert guidance to staff on inclusive teaching and learning
* Oversee assessment, intervention planning and progress tracking for SEND students
* Work closely with families, external agencies and pastoral teams
* Ensure statutory responsibilities for EHCPs and SEND provision are met
Essential Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status and SENCo qualification
* Successful experience supporting SEND students in a secondary setting
* Strong leadership, communication and data-analysis skills
