This is a client-facing role focused on managing key accounts, developing new business, and delivering tailored building management and energy solutions. You will be regularly meeting clients, building strong relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery Identify and develop new business opportunities Build relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth Forecast pipeline and order intake Produce detailed technical proposals and project estimates Lead commercial initiatives and support wider business objectives Conduct regular client reviews to identify growth opportunities Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery Requirements Proven experience in a sales or account management role Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Commercially aware with a customer-focused mindset Full UK driving licence Desirable Experience within the BEMS / BMS industry Technical qualifications (electrical and/or mechanical preferred) Interest in smart buildings, energy, and innovative technologies
