Electrical Estimator – Building Services (MEP) Leeds Competitive Salary + Car Allowance & Package The same contractor is also looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Estimator within its Leeds office. The Role You will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive electrical tenders across a range of large-scale developments. Key responsibilities: * Electrical take-offs and pricing from first principles * Pricing LV distribution, containment, lighting, power, fire alarm and associated systems * Managing supplier and subcontractor pricing returns * Contributing to risk analysis and value engineering * Supporting tender reviews and client meetings * Coordinating with mechanical estimating colleagues on combined MEP bids Requirements * Proven background as an Electrical Estimator within building services * Experience pricing medium to large MEP projects * Strong technical and commercial understanding * Detail-focused and able to manage multiple tenders These are long-term opportunities within a stable regional contractor with a strong pipeline of secured and upcoming work.
