Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a lightweight Steel Framing System (SFS) apartment scheme in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a fast-paced residential development using modern methods of construction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full project through to completion Manage programme and quality to ensure successful project outcomes Lead communication between clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers Maintain accurate site records and progress reports Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and building standards Monitor progress and proactively resolve risks and delays Ensure all documentation is correctly administered and Company Procedures are followedRequirements: Proven experience managing residential or mixed-use construction projects Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlinesBuilding Careers UK are specialist in Construction and Property recruitment.
