Project Manager - Precast

Are you an experienced Project Manager with strong experience overseeing pre-cast concrete projects? Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional precast construction business, who are currently looking to appoint a Project Manager on a permanent basis to oversee projects across the West Midlands. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all site activities and reporting into the client & directorship personnel. What's in it for you? * Basic salary of upto £65,000 (D.O.E) * Car allowance + mileage * Hybrid working post probation pass * Private medical care What are we looking for? * Prior experience working as a Project Manager on precast projects. * Strong knowledge of precast solutions. * Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills. * Fantastic attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate daily site activities with site supervisors, erection teams & finishing teams. * Ensure RAMS, SSoW’s & lift plans are adhered to * Ensure all site operations comply with site-specific safety rules & company standards * Act as the primary point for the clients site team * Attend coordination meetings to discuss programme, logistics, access, sequencing and technical issues. * Provide updates on progress & delays * Manage delivery schedule of precast elements from factory to site * Ensure installation is carried out in line with approved drawings * Complete on-site QA as the build progresses
