Interim Finance Director / Financial Controller – FMCG (Food & Beverage) Location: Leicester (2–3 days on-site) Start Date: 11th May Day Rate: Negotiable outside IR35 We are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Director or Financial Controller to support a fast-paced FMCG business within the food and beverage sector. This is a hands-on role requiring a commercially focused finance leader who can quickly add value in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and oversee the finance function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting * Provide commercial insight to support strategic decision-making * Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow * Partner with senior stakeholders across the business * Drive process improvements and financial controls Requirements: * Proven experience as an FD or FC within FMCG, ideally food and beverage 3-4 different stints at different businesses * Strong commercial acumen and hands-on approach * Ability to start on 11th March * Comfortable working 2–3 days per week on-site in Leicester Details: * Contract / interim opportunity * Day rate flexible depending on experience
