About the role
We are working with a leading telecommunications company based in Cambridge who are looking for a Service Lead to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position, 5 days onsite.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Proactively managing technical service delivery, working with customers, partners, and internal teams
* Leading service review activities, including improvement planning and performance reporting
* Supporting delivery against agreed SLAs
* Leading initiatives for the ongoing improvements of customer service frameworks
* Supporting the operations team to develop SaaS based service modules for the product portfolio
* Ensuring successful service onboarding
* Working in partnership with customers and internal teams to understand technical implementations
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in a technical service delivery role working in a product development organisation
* Experience in technical service delivery in a B2B environment
* Methodical approach to problem solving
* Experience working for a SaaS-based company
* Experience working within software/hardware product development lifecycle
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Ability to meet tight deadlines
* Excellent communication skills
* Service or project management qualifications (desirable)
