At Clifton Trade Bathrooms, we dont just sell bathrooms we build winning teams. Were expanding fast and looking for an energetic, hands-on Branch Manager to lead a team in the Slough area.

What youll be doing

Running your branch like its your own business in a competitive, sales-focused environment
Building strong relationships with traders and customers
Recruiting, training and leading a small, motivated team to hit targets
Driving profitability through sales, margin growth and cost control
Creating a winning culture we work hard, but we have fun doing it

Responsibilities

Drive new business and repeat sales to hit monthly, quarterly and annual targets
Full P&L responsibility for your branch
Hire, train and develop your own branch team
Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements

A full UK driving licence (travel is required for training)
No bathroom experience? No problem. If you have the right attitude, well provide full training
