About the role

Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home (complex care) Are you ready to lead and shape a brighter future for children? Karisla Limited is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to take the reins of a newly repurposed children’s residential home. This is a unique opportunity to design and lead a specialist service, catering to the needs of a smaller group of children. In this role, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team of specialists across HR, Recruitment, Referrals, Marketing, Maintenance, Finance, Clinical, Legal, Commercial, Learning and Development, and IT. You will also benefit from the support and guidance of a proactive Responsible Individual and a Residential Director with hands-on experience.
