OPERATIONAL ADMINISTRATOR (Motor Industry)
MACCLESFIELD - office based only
£28, 000 + MONTHLY BONUS
Mon to Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
The Operational Administrator plays a key role in supporting the day to day operation of my client's business. You will support the sales department, deliver a seamless service for customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
OPERATIONAL ADMINISTRATOR DUTIES
- Taking and processing vehicle orders and supporting docs
- Taking processing fees, sending commission disclosures to customers
- Maintain customer records
-Prepare and issue customer docs
- Act as a point of contact for customers resolving queries
- Provide updates on vehicle orders and deliveries, supporting them through the journey
- Liaise with manufacturers, dealerships, lenders and suppliers
- Monitor vehicle order progress and escalate delays
-Build relationships with external partners
-Work within industry regulations
OPERATIONAL ADMINISTRATOR REQUIREMENTS
-Experience gained in the motor industry is essential
-Candidates must live within a sensible commuting distance of Macclesfield SK11, if you are based outside of Macclesfield you will need your own vehicle due to office location
-Highly organised, this role is fast paced
-Open to learning new systems
-Confident commuicator
