Interim Quantity Surveyor - CR/007288 Location: Remote Contract: Initial 3 Months (Likely Extension) Rate: £500 per day (Inside IR35) We're currently recruiting for an experienced Interim Quantity Surveyo r to join a leading organisation within the utilities and infrastructure sector on an initial three-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a busy commercial team supporting a significant portfolio of projects. Although the initial assignment is for three months, there is a strong likelihood of extension due to the volume of ongoing work and future project demand . The Role As an Interim Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring robust cost management and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: Managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects. Administering contracts and ensuring contractual obligations are met. Preparing and reviewing valuations, variations and final accounts. Monitoring project costs, budgets and forecasts. Supporting change management and risk mitigation. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors and suppliers. Producing accurate commercial reports and cost analysis. About You We're looking for candidates who can demonstrate: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within infrastructure, utilities, construction or major capital projects. Strong commercial and contractual knowledge. Experience managing project costs and commercial reporting. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. The ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
