Salesforce Developer – Financial Services Cloud / Marketing Cloud

Salary: Up to £74,000 + benefits

A large, established financial services organisation is undertaking a significant Salesforce transformation, repositioning the platform as a long‑term strategic capability. As part of this, the business is building its Salesforce capability in‑house, reducing reliance on external partners and forming a high‑performing internal delivery team.

They are now looking for a Salesforce Developer with experience in Financial Services Cloud or Marketing Cloud to join their Liverpool-based team.

The Role

You’ll work closely with product owners, architects and stakeholders to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. This is a product‑led role with long‑term ownership rather than short‑term, project‑based delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing and enhancing Salesforce solutions across FSC and/or Marketing Cloud
• Building Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and automation
• Delivering integrations and data‑driven functionality
• Contributing to platform standards, best practices and releases
• Supporting the transition to a fully in‑house Salesforce model

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Experience with Financial Services xwzovoh Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Lightning Experience and declarative tools
• Experience in agile delivery environments
• Regulated industry experience is beneficial but not essential
