We are excited to be partnering with one of the UK’s most dynamic supplement brands, known for its focus on quality, innovation and sustainability. As the business continues to grow at pace, they are looking for a Supply Chain Executive to join their team, reporting to the Head of Operations. You will play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What will you be doing?
You will sit at the heart of operations, supporting logistics, fulfilment and inventory management to ensure seamless day to day running of the business. This role will give you the opportunity to improve processes, manage stock flows and tackle operational challenges as they arise. You will also have plenty of autonomy to streamline workflows, support system improvements and work cross functionally to deliver great products and experiences for customers.
Key responsibilities include:
Owning projects from concept through to execution.
Driving process optimisation and operational consistency.
Managing inventory levels to prevent overstock and stock outs.
Using data and insights to forecast demand and inform decisions.
Supporting Amazon FBA stock management and logistics.
What skills do you need to have?
1 to 2 years’ experience in operations or supply chain.
Experience working with retailers would be amazing but not essential
Proven ability to manage processes end to end and improve workflows.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Solutions focused and calm under pressure.
Strong analytical skills and confident using Google Sheets or Excel.
Experience with inventory management or fulfilment systems is a bonus.
