Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (1‑hour lunch break)

We are recruiting a polished and reliable Team Assistant for a long‑term temporary assignment, with strong potential to become permanent for the right person. This role sits within a fast‑paced, corporate environment and will suit an experienced administrator with a background in banking, finance or insurance. This is an office‑based position, ideal for someone who thrives on being at the heart of the business and enjoys supporting teams with diary management, travel coordination and expenses.


The Role

You will provide high‑quality administrative support across multiple teams, acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring day‑to‑day operations run smoothly.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactive management of busy and time‑sensitive diaries
  • Coordinating UK and international travel arrangements
  • Processing expenses accurately and efficiently
  • Managing competing priorities with a high level of attention to detail
  • Supporting teams in a pressured, changing corporate environment
  • Liaising professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels



Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Team Assistant or Administrator within a corporate setting (banking, finance or insurance preferred)
  • Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Dependable, detail‑focused and able to multi‑task effectively
  • Confident communicator
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
  • A strong team player who remains calm under pressure
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to support across multiple teams
  • Resourceful, using initiative to solve problems proactively
  • Discrete and trusted when handling confidential business matters
  • Friendly, polite and approachable, with a genuine “can‑do, muck‑in” attitude
