Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience applying HR expertise across employee relations and employment legislation
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
• Excellent questioning and analytical skills to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions
• A consultative, flexible, and commercially focused approach
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
• High level of discretion and understanding of confidentiality requirements
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Well-organised with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Willingness to travel to office locations and client sites as required
• CIPD qualification (or willingness to work towards it)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice on a range of employment matters
• Support clients in improving HR structures, processes, and practices
• Lead on complex HR projects, delivering strategic and measurable outcomes

• Advise management teams on HR policies, recruitment, and employee management
• Support the development of inclusive and positive workplace cultures
• Mentor and support line managers, acting as a key point of contact for HR guidance
• Research and implement effective HR tools and solutions
• Represent the organisation at external events and contribute to business development activities
