Quality Assurance Technologist

This Brigg Scientific client are a food manufacturing company in Manchester and they are looking for additional support in their QA Department. Key duties include: * Control Food safety processes within the food manufacturing environment * HACCP Audits across production, packaging and storage. * Maintain and control Quality paperwork * Support customer complaints and queries * Raw materials and finished goods inspection. * Sensory Panel organisation * External Audit support The roles involves permanent nights, working the 10pm to 6am shift. Salary on offer is between £33,000 and £34,000 pa
