About You

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or equivalent
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and reporting experience
• Confident preparing and reviewing detailed financial statements
• Experience managing multiple assignments or portfolios
• Ability to support and develop junior team members
• Highly organised and self-motivated
• Effective in a hybrid working environment
• Strong communication skills with adaptability to changing priorities

• Prepare, review, and add insight to complex accounts
• Maintain strong controls, policies, and reporting standards
• Act as a senior point of contact for junior colleagues

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and reconciliations
• Manage ad hoc projects and client-focused work
• Identify and implement xwzovoh process and reporting improvements
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Occasionally

• Support system implementations and wider business projects
• Contribute to proposals, compliance, and process enhancements

• Lose sight of the commercial story behind the numbers
