Skilled Paint Sprayers Auxo Engineering are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Automotive Paint Sprayer working 17:00 - 02:00 Monday to Friday on behalf of our client - a well-established and highly regarded company based in Foston, Derbyshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Paint Sprayer to join a professional and growing team on a temporary to permanent basis depending on performance. Hours: Monday - Friday 17:00 - 02:00 Pay Rate - £17.25 p/h + £100 per week attendance bonus, £790 p/w Key Responsibilities: Prepare, spray, and finish tankers and other vehicles efficiently and to a high standard Ensure accurate colour matching and flawless final finish Work confidently with water-based paint systems and mixing techniques Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment Work as part of a team delivering total customer satisfaction Follow all industry and manufacturer guidelinesPerson Specification: Proven experience in a similar role within an accident repair or bodyshop environment Skilled in all aspects of paint preparation, application, and finishing Confident working independently and as part of a team Takes pride in delivering quality work with excellent attention to detail Highly motivated and reliable with a strong work ethicWhat's on Offer: Monday to Friday working - no weekends Secure, full-time permanent position after a successful temp to perm period Friendly and supportive working environment Opportunities for ongoing training and developmentIf you have the skills and experience we're looking for, we would love to hear from you.
