Our client is seeking an experienced Freelance Document Controller to join their team based in their Putney studio/office. This is a great opportunity for a detail driven professional to support the efficient management of project documentation within a collaborative and design focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain project documentation using Aconex
• Ensure accurate version control, filing, and distribution of all documents
• Monitor and track incoming and outgoing documentation
• Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth document flow
• Maintain document control registers and ensure all records are up to date
• Support project teams with document-related queries and processes
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Document Controller
• Strong working knowledge of Aconex (essential)
• Background in construction, architecture, or related industry
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
