The Opportunity

You’ll join a high-performing operations team, managing claims from first notification through to settlement. The role offers a mix of technical learning, stakeholder interaction, and real ownership from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling claims from first notification through to resolution
• Assessing policy coverage and making settlement decisions
• Communicating clearly with customers and stakeholders throughout
• Gathering and reviewing documentation to support claims decisions
• Working closely with partners, insurers, and external specialists where needed
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance at all times

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks xwzovoh
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Any experience in insurance, claims, or customer service is beneficial – but not essential
