Temporary to Permanent
Monday - Friday dayshift
£26,000 – 30,000 d.o.e

Be the first point of contact for customer queries, via email and phone
Responsible for the management of a select number of customer accounts
Handle any order, delivery and invoice issues with accounts
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customersThe right Customer Service Representative’s candidate
Proven experience of handling customer accounts and queries
Experience within the logistics sector
Excellent and timely communication skills both written and verbal
