About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer or Residential Property Fee Earner to join a fast-paced team in Essex. The successful candidate will take on a varied caseload of residential property matters, handling files from initial instruction through to completion.

The caseload will include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity

This is a role suited to someone confident managing their own workload with minimal supervision.

About You:

• Ideally 3+ years’ experience within residential conveyancing
• Qualified (Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer) is desirable but not essential
• Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work efficiently in a busy environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a full caseload from instruction through to completion
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and xwzovoh third parties
• Delivering a high standard of client service throughout the transaction
• Working autonomously while contributing positively to the wider team
