The Role

We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team, based at our Solihull (Dickens Heath) or Birmingham (Digbeth) offices.

This is a 360 role focused on engineering and construction recruitment, with a strong emphasis on contract work.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Building and developing your own client base
• Managing contractor workforces across live projects
• Sourcing and placing skilled candidates
• Growing your desk with real autonomy

This role is best suited to someone confident running a full 360 desk and comfortable with business development.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role
• Confidence in business development and building client relationships
• Ideally experience within construction, engineering or technical recruitment
• Commercial mindset with the drive to grow your own desk

Package

• Up to £32,000 basic (depending on experience)
• Uncapped, no-threshold commission
• Solihull (Dickens Heath) or Birmingham (Digbeth) location
