You'll work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to support quality assurance activities, continuous improvement projects, audits, supplier quality, and new product introduction activities across the business.

- £40,000 salary 4 day working week available Flexible working hours Potential hybrid flexibility on Friday mornings Supportive and collaborative environment Stable and growing business Strong long-term career prospects The Role: Support quality compliance activities across manufacturing operations Assist with internal and external audits Develop and maintain quality documentation and inspection procedures Support incoming inspection and supplier quality activities Manage non-conformances and corrective actions Support FAI and PPAP activities Assist with new product introduction and process improvement projects Analyse quality KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives Support calibration systems and measurement equipment control Work closely with Engineering and Production teams to maintain quality standards Support customer quality queries and investigations What you will need: Previous experience within a Quality role in manufacturing Good understanding of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems Experience supporting audits and quality investigations Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Engineering qualification or relevant technical background Experience that would be beneficial: Exposure to supplier quality or NPI activities xwzovoh Experience with FAI and/or PPAP Continuous improvement or Lean manufacturing experience Knowledge of regulated manufacturing environments or additional ISO standards To discuss this opportunity in confidence, apply via the link or contact Hugh Nugent at Vickerstock for more information.
