Maintenance Operative / Caretaker

Take on a varied, hands-on role keeping a busy school site safe, secure and well maintained. You’ll bring practical maintenance or facilities experience, confidence with minor repairs and a sound understanding of health and safety.

This role is officially known as a Site Services Officer

SALARY: £26,243 to £29,838 per annum (pay award pending) + Benefits

LOCATION: Hinckley, Leicestershire (LE10)

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, on a three-week shift rotation.

Early: 6:30am–2:30pm Monday to Thursday and 6:30am–2pm Friday

Day: 8am–4pm Monday to Thursday and 8am–3:30pm Friday

Late: 10am–6pm Monday to Thursday and 10:30am–6pm Friday. Half-hour unpaid break
