Lead M&E Engineer

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Engineering Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for an Engineering Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. The Engineering Manager, will be responsible for: * Lead and manage all engineering operations across electrical, mechanical, and building services systems. * Plan and deliver an advanced PPM program, ensuring all works are completed efficiently and on schedule. * Respond promptly to any technical or maintenance issues within the building, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. * Manage and maintain all compliance documentation, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely completion of statutory checks. * Prepare and review technical reports, maintenance logs, and performance data. * Attend and contribute to client and management meetings, providing updates on building performance, maintenance activities, and compliance status. To be successful for this Engineering Manager role you must have: * Extensive experience within Building Services. * Knowledge of an Engineering field. * Great knowledge and experience within Health and Safety Compliance. * Knowledge of managing PPMs and Reactive works.
