The RoleAs Head of PPC, you will lead all paid search and shopping activity, ensuring campaigns deliver strong commercial performance.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be directly involved in campaign management, while also shaping how PPC operates across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Own paid search and shopping performance across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Define and improve campaign structures to support scale and efficiency
- Oversee how product data is used within campaigns to maximise visibility and results
- Monitor performance closely and make ongoing optimisations
- Align PPC activity with trading priorities such as stock, pricing and promotions
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve efficiency
- Test new approaches, campaign types and optimisation strategies
- Ensure tracking, measurement and reporting are accurate and reliable
- Strong experience in PPC, with a focus on paid search and/or shopping
- Experience managing large or complex eCommerce accounts
- Good understanding of Google Shopping and product data
- Commercial xwzovoh mindset with a focus on revenue and efficiency
- Comfortable working both strategically and hands‑on
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Ads
- Familiarity with feed management tools
- Experience with analytics platforms such as GA4
- Full‑time role
- Hybrid: 3 days per week in Manchester office
- £60,000 – £80,000 salary depending on experience
