Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Our client is looking to strengthen their litigation & dispute resolution team and is recruiting for a solicitor to join them.

The role will involve a varied disputes case-load and you can expect to conduct Civil Sheriff Court matters and Court of Session work as well as some alternate dispute resolution, with appropriate support from the wider team.

Applicants will ideally be at least 2 Yrs PQE, although there is scope to appoint up to the senior associate level. You will have a background in dispute resolution, civil or commercial litigation and be comfortable with court procedures and appearing.

There is the opportunity to get involved in business development and you can expect to manage your own caseload and clients.
