What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving price optimisation strategies that deliver measurable results
• Analysing customer behaviour and response to pricing changes
• Conducting competitor and market analysis to inform decisions
• Enhancing customer lifetime value and profitability
• Partnering with stakeholders to continuously improve pricing performance

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in insurance pricing
• Strong analytical toolkit (Python, SQL, R, SAS, or similar)
• Degree in a numerical or quantitative discipline
• Understanding of risk/demand modelling & statistical techniques
• Exposure to machine learning (a bonus, not essential)
