As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be expected to:- Offer a good quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control Sell recruitment business solutions over the telephone and face to face Build client relationships and account manage clients. Achieve targets and adhere to agreed action plans. Recruit and sustain a workforce by interviewing and selecting quality applicants.
