Are you an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse ready to step into a high-impact leadership role? We’re partnering with a forward-thinking healthcare provider seeking a confident and compassionate Interim Registered Manager to oversee two specialist residential services supporting adults with complex mental health needs.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing strong operational and clinical leadership across two services
• Driving quality and compliance in line with CQC standards
• Coaching and developing multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
• Overseeing staffing, budgets, and day-to-day service performance
• Ensuring robust governance, documentation, and regulatory adherence

What we’re looking for:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
• Proven track record managing mental health residential services
• In-depth understanding of CQC frameworks and quality standards
• A confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to oversee multiple services with clarity and control
